Description
Tender steak bites cooked in a crock pot with a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 lb beef steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, black pepper, and salt.
- Place steak bites in the crock pot and pour the sauce over them.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
- In a separate bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry.
- Add the slurry to the crock pot and stir until the sauce thickens.
- Serve hot and enjoy.

- Use a tender cut of steak for best results.
- Adjust honey and soy sauce to taste.
