Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 3 potatoes, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Transfer the beef to the Crock Pot.
- Add chopped onion, carrots, potatoes, and minced garlic.
- Pour in beef broth and diced tomatoes.
- Season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Stir before serving.
