Ingredients

  • 1 lb turkey sausage, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Place sliced sausage, peppers, onion, and garlic in the crock pot.
  2. Pour tomato sauce over the ingredients.
  3. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  5. Stir before serving.
