Description
A healthy and flavorful shrimp scampi made in a crock pot for easy preparation.
Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup white wine (optional)
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Combine olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, white wine, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper in the crock pot.
- Add shrimp and stir to coat evenly.
- Cook on low for 2 hours or until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh shrimp for best results.
- Adjust red pepper flakes for desired spice level.
- Serve over pasta or with crusty bread.
