Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs beef stew meat, cubed
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Combine beef, potatoes, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in crockpot.
- In separate bowl, mix soup, broth, and sour cream. Pour over beef mixture.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 7-8 hours or HIGH for 4-5 hours.
- Stir mixture, then sprinkle cheese on top. Cover for 10 more minutes until melted.
- Serve hot with optional garnishes like chopped green onions.

- For crispier texture, broil for 2-3 minutes after adding cheese.
