Description

Ingredients

  • 1 medium butternut squash, peeled and cubed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions
