Description

A healthy and creamy cauliflower soup made in a crockpot, perfect for low-carb and keto diets.


Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower, chopped
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp butter


Instructions

  1. Add cauliflower, vegetable broth, garlic, onion, salt, pepper, and paprika to the crockpot.
  2. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  3. Blend the soup until smooth using an immersion blender.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, cheddar cheese, and butter.
