Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
