Description
A simple and healthy crockpot casserole with tender chicken, broccoli, and melted cheese.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup low-fat cream cheese
- 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Place chicken in the crockpot.
- Add broccoli, cream cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Shred the chicken with a fork.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Serve warm.

- Use fresh broccoli for best texture.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
