Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup brown rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add brown rice, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Shred the chicken with a fork.
- Add frozen mixed vegetables and cook for another 30 minutes.
- Serve warm.

- Use fresh vegetables if preferred.
