Ingredients
- 2 cups dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup almond butter
- 3 cups whole grain crackers
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt chocolate chips, almond butter, honey, and coconut oil in a crockpot on low heat.
- Stir in vanilla extract and sea salt.
- Mix in crackers until fully coated.
- Spread mixture evenly on the baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
- Break into pieces and serve.

- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- Use gluten-free crackers if needed.
