A healthy and easy crockpot recipe for tender country-style boneless pork ribs.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless country-style pork ribs
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Brown pork ribs on all sides, about 3 minutes per side.
- Place sliced onion and minced garlic in the crockpot.
- Add browned pork ribs on top.
- Mix chicken broth, paprika, thyme, black pepper, and salt.
- Pour mixture over the ribs.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Serve hot.
