Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless country-style pork ribs
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Place the sliced onion and minced garlic at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Season the pork ribs with smoked paprika, thyme, black pepper, and salt.
- Place the ribs on top of the onions and garlic.
- Pour the chicken broth over the ribs.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve with your favorite sides.
