Description
A simple and healthy slow-cooker chicken dish with cranberry and BBQ flavors.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix cranberry sauce, BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Shred the chicken with forks before serving.

- Use fresh or canned cranberry sauce.
- Adjust sweetness by choosing your preferred BBQ sauce.
