Ingredients
- 4 lbs turkey breast
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Place turkey breast in the crockpot.
- Add cranberries and orange slices around the turkey.
- In a bowl, mix orange juice, honey, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the turkey.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Slice and serve with the juices.
Notes
- You can use frozen cranberries if fresh are not available.
- Adjust honey to taste for sweetness.
