Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup low-fat cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cups whole wheat pasta
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add cream, chicken broth, tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
- Shred the chicken with a fork.
- Add the pasta and cook for another 30 minutes.
- Stir well and serve hot.

- Use gluten-free pasta if needed.
- Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
- Add spinach or mushrooms for extra veggies.
