Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup low-fat cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cups whole wheat pasta
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Add cream, chicken broth, tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, basil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
  4. Shred the chicken with a fork.
  5. Add the pasta and cook for another 30 minutes.
