Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 package (20 oz) refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • 1/2 cup light cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. Transfer the beef to a slow cooker.
  3. Add ranch seasoning, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir well.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
  5. Stir in the tortellini, cream cheese, and spinach. Cook for an additional 15-20 minutes until tortellini is tender.
  6. Serve warm.
