Description
Tender beef bites and potatoes cooked in a flavorful garlic butter sauce.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs beef sirloin, cubed
- 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Place beef cubes and potatoes in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture over the beef and potatoes. Toss to coat evenly.
- Add beef broth to the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, sear the beef before adding to the crockpot.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
