Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)


Instructions

  1. Place beef, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil in the crockpot.
  2. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  3. Mix cornstarch and water, then stir into the crockpot.
  4. Add broccoli and cook for 30 more minutes.
