A simple and healthy crockpot recipe combining tender beef, fresh broccoli, and a flavorful ginger garlic sauce.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Place beef, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil in the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Mix cornstarch and water, then stir into the crockpot.
- Add broccoli and cook for 30 more minutes.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.

- Slice beef thinly for best texture.
