Ingredients
- 2 cups diced ham
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup low-fat milk
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Layer potatoes, ham, onion, and bell pepper in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix chicken broth, milk, thyme, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Pour the liquid mixture over the ingredients in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Stir in shredded cheese 10 minutes before serving.
