Description

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Place chicken in the crockpot.
- Add Brussels sprouts around the chicken.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper over everything.
- Pour chicken broth into the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Serve warm.
