Ingredients

  • 8 chicken drumsticks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth


Instructions

  1. Place drumsticks in the crockpot.
  2. Mix olive oil, garlic, thyme, rosemary, pepper, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Coat drumsticks with the mixture.
  4. Add lemon slices and chicken broth.
