Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole wheat macaroni
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  3. In a crockpot, combine cooked chicken, macaroni, honey, black pepper, cheddar cheese, Greek yogurt, almond milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  4. Stir well, cover, and cook on low for 2 hours.
