Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp jerk seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Rub chicken breasts with jerk seasoning and olive oil.
- Place chicken in the crockpot and cook on low for 4 hours.
