Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and chicken broth.
- Stir in diced bell pepper and onion.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Shred the chicken with a fork before serving.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Adjust buffalo sauce for more or less spice.
- Serve with shredded cheese or avocado for extra flavor.
