Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 lemons, juiced and zested

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth


Instructions

  1. Place turkey breast in the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture over the turkey breast, coating it evenly.
  4. Add chicken broth to the crockpot.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Slice and serve with the cooking juices.
