Description
A simple and healthy twist on classic lasagna using ravioli for an easy crockpot meal.
Ingredients
- 1 (25 oz) package frozen cheese ravioli
- 1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce
- 1 (15 oz) container ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Spread 1/2 cup marinara sauce on the bottom of the crockpot.
- Layer half the ravioli over the sauce.
- Spread half the ricotta cheese over the ravioli.
- Sprinkle 1 cup mozzarella and 1/4 cup Parmesan on top.
- Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
- Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use whole wheat ravioli for extra fiber.
- Add spinach or mushrooms for more vegetables.
- Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days.
