A simple and healthy crockpot salmon recipe that is easy to prepare and packed with flavor.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup water or broth
Instructions
- Place salmon fillets in the crockpot.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Place lemon slices on top of the salmon.
- Pour water or broth into the bottom of the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Do not overcook the salmon to keep it tender.
- Use fresh lemon for the best flavor.
