Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup water or broth


Instructions

  1. Place salmon fillets in the crockpot.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic, dill, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place lemon slices on top of the salmon.
  4. Pour water or broth into the bottom of the crockpot.
