Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup salsa (mild, medium, or hot)
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix salsa, cumin, chili powder, and garlic powder.
- Pour the salsa mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks and mix with the sauce.
- Serve warm with rice, tortillas, or salad.
