Ingredients

  • 1 (3-4 lb) boneless turkey breast
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 onion, sliced


Instructions

  1. Rub the turkey breast with olive oil.
  2. Mix garlic powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Coat the turkey evenly with the herb mixture.
  4. Place sliced onions and minced garlic at the bottom of the crockpot.
  5. Add the turkey breast on top.
  6. Pour chicken broth around the turkey.
  7. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  8. Check internal temperature (should reach 165°F).
  9. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
