Ingredients
- 1 (3-4 lb) boneless turkey breast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp dried thyme
- 1 tbsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
Instructions
- Rub the turkey breast with olive oil.
- Mix garlic powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Coat the turkey evenly with the herb mixture.
- Place sliced onions and minced garlic at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add the turkey breast on top.
- Pour chicken broth around the turkey.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Check internal temperature (should reach 165°F).
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- For crispier skin, broil for 2-3 minutes after cooking.
- Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
