Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Brown the ground turkey in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
  2. Add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook until softened.
  3. Transfer the turkey mixture to the crockpot.
  4. Add diced tomatoes, black beans, kidney beans, chicken broth, and spices.
