Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika


Instructions

  1. Brown the ground turkey in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
  3. Transfer turkey mixture to the crockpot.
  4. Add bell pepper, black beans, diced tomatoes, corn, chicken broth, taco seasoning, cumin, chili powder, and paprika.
