Description

A simple and healthy crockpot meal featuring zesty Italian chicken with fresh vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups baby carrots
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add all the vegetables on top of the chicken.
  3. In a small bowl, mix Italian dressing, garlic powder, oregano, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing mixture over the chicken and vegetables.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy.
