Ingredients
- 2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Wash and thinly slice the cucumbers.
- Slice the red onion thinly.
- Chop the fresh dill.
- In a bowl, combine cucumbers, red onion, and dill.
- Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
- Toss gently to coat evenly.
- Serve chilled.

- For extra crunch, add sliced radishes.
