Ingredients
- 1 large cucumber, peeled and grated
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess water.
- Combine cucumber, yogurt, garlic, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
