Ingredients

  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Soak dates in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain.
  2. Blend almonds and walnuts until finely ground.
  3. Add soaked dates, cocoa powder, chia seeds, vanilla, and salt to the blender.
  4. Pulse until mixture sticks together.
  5. Roll into small balls.
