Healthy energy balls made with dates, nuts, and natural ingredients. Perfect for a quick snack or post-workout boost.
Ingredients
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Soak dates in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain.
- Blend almonds and walnuts until finely ground.
- Add soaked dates, cocoa powder, chia seeds, vanilla, and salt to the blender.
- Pulse until mixture sticks together.
- Roll into small balls.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
- For extra flavor, roll balls in shredded coconut or cocoa powder.
- Use soft dates for best texture.
