These healthy white chocolate cheesecake truffles are a guilt-free indulgence. Made with wholesome ingredients, they offer a creamy, rich taste without the excess calories.
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips (melted)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Mix almond flour, cream cheese, honey, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Freeze for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt white chocolate chips and coconut oil together.
- Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, coating evenly.
- Place back on the tray and refrigerate until set (about 15 minutes).
- Serve chilled.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
- For a dairy-free version, use coconut cream instead of cream cheese.
