These healthy white chocolate cheesecake truffles are a guilt-free indulgence. Made with wholesome ingredients, they offer a creamy, rich taste without the excess calories.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips (melted)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Mix almond flour, cream cheese, honey, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  3. Freeze for 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Melt white chocolate chips and coconut oil together.
  5. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, coating evenly.
  6. Place back on the tray and refrigerate until set (about 15 minutes).
  7. Serve chilled.
