Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs baby potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Boil potatoes in salted water for 15 minutes until fork-tender.
- Drain potatoes and let cool slightly.
- Place potatoes on a baking sheet and smash them gently with a fork or masher.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot.
