Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Toss potatoes with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and salt.
- Spread potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Cut potatoes into even sizes for uniform cooking.
