Ingredients
- 2 medium russet potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Scrub the potatoes clean and pat them dry.
- Poke the potatoes several times with a fork.
- Rub the potatoes with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and tender.
- Let them cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, brush the potatoes with more oil halfway through cooking.
- Adjust cooking time based on the size of the potatoes.
