Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix stuffing, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture over the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  5. Shred chicken lightly with a fork before serving.
