Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix stuffing, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Spread the mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Shred chicken lightly with a fork before serving.
