Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts and potatoes in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix ranch seasoning, Greek yogurt, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Pour mixture over chicken and potatoes, ensuring everything is coated.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Drizzle with olive oil before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

- For extra flavor, add 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese in the last 30 minutes.
