Description

A simple and healthy crockpot recipe for tender ranch-seasoned chicken and potatoes.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken
  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 packet (1 oz) dry ranch seasoning
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

  1. Place chicken and potatoes in the crockpot.
  2. In a small bowl, mix ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the chicken and potatoes.
  4. Pour chicken broth and olive oil over the ingredients.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
