Description

A hearty and healthy turkey chili mac made in the crockpot for an easy, flavorful meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup elbow macaroni
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Brown the ground turkey in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the turkey, macaroni, tomatoes, beans, corn, onion, garlic, and spices to the crockpot.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and stir well.
  4. Cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
  5. Season with salt and pepper before serving.

Notes

  • You can use any type of beans you prefer.
  • Add cheese or sour cream on top if desired.
