Ingredients
- 4 medium onions, peeled and quartered
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss quartered onions with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread onions on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 20 minutes, stirring once halfway.
- Mix honey, minced garlic, and thyme in a small bowl.
- Brush the honey garlic mixture over the onions.
- Return to oven and roast for 10 more minutes.
- Serve warm as a side dish.
