Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup finely chopped dill pickles
- 2 tbsp pickle juice
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional, for coating)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chopped pickles, pickle juice, dried dill, and garlic powder.
- Mix until well blended.
- Shape the mixture into a ball.
- Roll the ball in chopped pecans if desired.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
