Description

A hearty and flavorful sandwich combining BBQ brisket, crispy bacon, and melted cheese between two layers of toasted bread.


Ingredients

  • 4 slices of whole wheat bread
  • 1 cup shredded BBQ brisket
  • 4 strips of cooked bacon
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter


Instructions

  1. Butter one side of each bread slice.
  2. Place two slices butter-side down on a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Layer cheddar cheese, BBQ brisket, bacon, and mozzarella on each slice.
  4. Top with the remaining bread slices, butter-side up.
  5. Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use leftover BBQ brisket for convenience.
  • Adjust cheese amounts to taste.
  • For extra crispiness, press the sandwich lightly while cooking.
