Ingredients
- 1 double smoked ham (5-7 lbs)
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Score ham in a diamond pattern.
- Mix mustard, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Brush mixture over ham.
- Place ham in roasting pan with broth.
- Bake for 15 minutes per pound.
- Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
