Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix oats, almond butter, honey, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Fold in dark chocolate chips.
- Roll the mixture into small balls.
- Place on a tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Drizzle with melted dark chocolate if desired.
- Store in an airtight container.
