Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, cubed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss cubed potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary.
- Spread potatoes evenly on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 30-35 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use Yukon Gold or red potatoes for best results.
- Flip potatoes halfway for even browning.
